Our project engagements offer managed services for end-to-end software development and/or software testing lifecycle activities with defined deliverables and acceptance criteria. In such engagements we hold full responsibility for our completion, timeline, quality and warranty commitments to our clients.

The client is responsible for participating in scope definition and deliverable acceptance. We deliver projects on managed time & material, or fixed-cost basis. For large scope engagements, consistent with our agile approach, we recommend a series of projects to better manage control over scope, deliverables, timelines, and risk management.

Term Engagement Model

Organizations looking for long-term on-going managed services such as sustained offshore software outsourcing, application management and quality assurance initiatives work with us in our term engagement model. For the period of the "Term" we establish, operate and manage a delivery extension (lab/center) to the client's organization, tailored to match their requirements.

The lab/center is staffed with long-term dedicated staff; equipped with required infrastructure and connectivity; tailored processes and practices are implemented; and collaboration & communication tools deployed. Key service levels for the lab/center are defined and monitored jointly with the client. In such engagements, we are responsible for completion, quality, acceptance and warranty on all deliverables, and adherence to service levels and timelines. Clients can choose from time & material or fixed-monthly basis billing options.
