For the period of the "Term" we establish, operate and manage a delivery extension (lab/center) to the client's organization, tailored to match their requirements.
The lab/center is staffed with long-term dedicated staff; equipped with required infrastructure and connectivity; tailored processes and practices are implemented; and collaboration & communication tools deployed. Key service levels for the lab/center are defined and monitored jointly with the client. In such engagements, we are responsible for completion, quality, acceptance and warranty on all deliverables, and adherence to service levels and timelines. Clients can choose from time & material or fixed-monthly basis billing options. Our special purpose Term offerings include:
